* I took my Playstation 3 game console in because it was not loading or reading game discs. The tech person tested it and told me it was a bad laser. They told me it would take about 45 minutes to repair. So I told them I would be back in a short while. When I returned I was in their shop for only 5 minutes and the tech person told me they were done. A total of 38 minutes from start to finish. Totally Awesome!! If you want a game console repaired fast and done right, these guys are the real deal!! I not only recommend them to anyone with a game console issue but I intend to use them again if anything ever comes up. -Don

* My Xbox 360 stopped reading discs and Edge Tech replaced the drive for cheaper than it would have cost me to buy the new part myself. Parts and labor for less than the part alone would have cost me? That sounds like a win to me. I always hesitate to fix old consoles, but a place like Edge Tech makes it worth the effort. -David
* Roger at Edge Tech knows his stuff! I brought in a PS3 that was freezing up, and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly, and only charged me $25 for labor. Now for the downside: Edge Tech doesn't have any way to back up your data (necessary for me, since the problem was a bad hard drive). So I had to go buy an external hard drive, just to transfer all my files over! Also they charge a fee to use credit cards. Still, Roger is a professional tech, and way cheaper than sending your PS3 to Sony! -Isaac

I had called earlier in the day to schedule a repair, but I ended up having to stay late at work and couldn't get into Edge Tech Repair until half an hour before close.
